Mobile Sales Team 

A company with a head office in Cyprus and a branch in Dubai was looking for 3-4 sales managers to develop their telecom direction. Key requirements: experience in telecom and a passport allowing visa-free travel within Europe. The fixed salary was 2000 euros (below market rate), but with high commissions for bringing in clients.
Task
Challenges
They needed people who were simultaneously: telecom professionals, holders of a "strong" passport, and willing to work for a lower base salary in favor of commission. Such candidates are rare, and most are comfortable in their current positions.
Solution
We opened the search across Europe and CIS countries with "good" passports. We mapped the telecom market and identified donor companies. In negotiations, we focused not on the base salary but on the earning potential and freedom: an international project, business trips, and uncapped income.
Result
The vacancies were closed within a month. The client got a formed department of 3-4 specialists with the right telecom background, "clean" passports, and a willingness to actively travel to clients.
