A company specializing in the procurement, installation, and commissioning of engineering equipment was looking for a Project Manager to relocate to Yerevan. They needed a high-level Russian-speaking specialist capable of comprehensively coordinating large commercial projects across the country, understanding the intricacies of working with foreign vendors, and possessing strong management skills for successful project delivery.

The search spanned all CIS countries, but candidates combining deep technical knowledge, project management experience, and an understanding of international supply chain specifics were scarce. The situation was complicated by the need to conduct the selection within a tight timeframe, including the New Year holidays.

We conducted a total screening of resumes across the CIS. After a thorough evaluation of hard and soft skills, we formed a pool of finalists and organized multi-stage interviews with the company's shareholders.

Despite the holiday period, only one month passed from the first interview to the offer acceptance. The candidate perfectly matched all the job requirements and started working.
