We focused on targeted analytics and networking. We identified a donor company and, through personal contacts, reached out to a sitting Head of 3D Design at a major federal TV channel. He was intrigued by the international project and the opportunity to influence the final product. In the end, he didn't come alone but brought his entire team of designers. In parallel, we searched for programmers through social networks and referrals, conducting in-depth technical interviews and assessing their fit with the company's cultural code.
